Thank you for a very successful 2011 season! We are now only open to host private parties, and special events. Please call Steve directly if you would like to schedule a reservation or special event at Baristas. (435) 467-1900. We will not be taking online reservations until we reopen for the 2012 season.

We will reopen to the public on March 1, 2012.

"On a second visit we repeated our pizza and this time opted for their fresh baked peach pie topped with their vanilla ice cream and this pie is not to be missed. The peaches were slightly tart with an almost apricot flavor and the crust was the most buttery, flakey crust I have ever encountered. Maybe if I'm lucky, they will share their recipe with me one day."

"Since Dad and I like to try a variety, we usually split our meals so we can try more than one item, and on this trip we opted for their Meatball Pizza (meatballs handmade slow cooked for 6 hours). The pizza was perfectly prepared with a nice crispy crust that I had not experienced before and the flavor was incredible. After gobbling this down, we split their icecreamaccinno which consisted of their very own hand made vanilla ice cream topped with a double shot of their creamy espresso and this was simply dreamy."
